After the release of Perfectly Damaged, Summer 2009, Slighter took to reinventing Industrial by breaking it down with breakbeats, heavy distortion, and guitars in the new four-song EP “Abortions of Distortion". This is EP pushes Slighter beyond the dancefloor sounds he's known for. The raw, biting sound hits your inner core and drives you to your next destination… anywhere the night is young.

In addition to creating all the original music, Colin C. made all of the pen and ink drawings that you get in the digital booklet that accompanies the EP. Distorted in their own way, the pen and ink drawings are heavy, dark, and fit with the album entirely. Slighter’s “Abortions of Distortion” is a new direction for the Breakbeat guru and promises to keep you captivated.
